   They have radar guns specifically used for catching speeders. These are admissible evidence in court. Police cars are also fitted with a camera to record and track the speed of a car in front..

   They surely do. Gone are the days when they could just leap out from behind a hedge,flag you down and extract penance by the roadside. They now hide behind the hedge with a camera in a van. Progress!

   They will most likely already have a web site and you do not want to be responsible for their hosting. Imagine when your one web server goes down you have to answer to all your past clients at once? Not even close to worth it. Hosting is cheap these days. Choose an isp on what you really need it for.

   In the UK, when speeding, does the policeman need cctv or photo graphic evidence to prosecute you?
